I'd be happy to help but although I've got a Z3100 (24"), I haven't used it much. I bought it as a hobby printer, but I've been so busy at work for the last few months that I haven't had much time to play.

The Wide Inkjet Printers foum on Yahoo has several members who use the Z3100 (tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/W...inters); you can subscribe to an email feed which I find convenient.

A great source for Z3100 information is the "Printers, Papers and Inks" forum at Luminous Landscape. Here's a link to the forums index: luminous-landscape.com/forum/index.php (I don't remember if you have to join to get to the forums, but membership is free). You'll find a search box toward the upper right of the page. If you search for Z3100 you'll get lots of hits. There's lots of good informatioin already posted here. Ask any questions you may have - the people here are friendly and willing to share information freely, and you'll find several experts among the members.

There's a very informative Z3100 wiki at z3100users.wikispaces.com, and H.P has a forum (but it's worthless).
